1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Intelliverse website, mobile application, subscriptions, in-app purchases, AI tools, games, digital content, marketplace features, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Mobile Application and App Store Terms
These Terms apply to the Intelliverse mobile application when downloaded from the Apple App Store. The app is licensed, not sold. Unless Intelliverse provides a custom end user license agreement in App Store Connect, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Intelliverse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Intelliverse mobile application on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use and as permitted by the Apple App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Intelliverse may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Before you purchase a subscription, the app will display the subscription title, subscription duration, price, renewal terms, and any free trial or promotional offer details.
4. Billing and Renewal
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Cancellation and Account Management
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the Intelliverse app does not cancel your subscription.
6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If Intelliverse offers a free trial or promotional subscription offer, the offer terms will be shown before purchase. Unless cancelled before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may convert to a paid auto-renewable subscription.
7. Refunds
Payments and refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to Apple's policies.
8. Restore Purchases
Where supported, you may restore eligible purchases in the app using the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
9. Subscription Changes and Price Changes
Subscription features, pricing, and availability may change from time to time. Any price changes or renewal changes will be handled according to Apple's App Store rules and displayed where required before they take effect.
10. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.
11. Purchases & Subscriptions (Web)
All purchases are final unless otherwise specified. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable.
12. User Content
By submitting content to our platform, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.
13. Prohibited Conduct
- Cheating
- Reverse engineering
- Harassment/hate/illegal content
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason.
15. Disclaimers & Liability
Our services are provided "as is" with limited liability. We disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelliverse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

17. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with venue and arbitration procedures varying by region as outlined in our regional annex.
