AniDeeBee, LLC is the parent company of IntelliVerse X. This page allows you to request deletion of your account and associated personal data from QuizVerse - Trivia Game and all other IntelliVerse X apps and services.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to support@anideebee.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - QuizVerse" and include:

The email address associated with your account
Your username (if applicable)
The specific app(s) or service(s) for which you want data deleted

Option 2: In-App Request

If you have an IntelliVerse X account, you can also request account deletion through your profile settings within the app or on our website.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Account profile information (name, email, username)
User preferences and settings
Gameplay progress and statistics (except data required for anti-cheat purposes)
Purchase history (transaction details may be retained for legal compliance)
Support communications (except those needed for legal disputes)
User-generated content you have created

What Data May Be Retained

Some data may be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements:

Financial transaction records (required by law for tax/accounting purposes)
Fraud prevention and security logs
Data necessary to resolve ongoing disputes or legal claims
Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you

Processing Timeline

Acknowledgment: Within 3 business days of receiving your request
Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity
Processing: Account deletion completed within 30 days
Confirmation: You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete

Note: Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. Any purchases, progress, or content associated with your account will be permanently lost.
